Detachment was a solo choreographic and dance, where I embark on an intimate journey to explore the wisdom and power inherent in the menstrual cycle. This piece represents a bridge towards unraveling the passage from childhood to womanhood, and to heal the intricate relationship that I have had with my menstrual experience. In addition to encourage audiences to confront the existing stigmas and question, why menstruation continues to be a marginalized and silenced topic.
